How to proceed

One of my clients that is moving turned over 3 chair massage accounts to me (which I am very grateful for) but the latest one, I'm not sure what to do.

On the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month, I go to the administrative offices of a hospital and can work as much (or as little) as I want. Currently, I am working from 9am-1pm. Everyone gets 20 minute massages, but they only pay $15. This has been the way things have been done since before my client took over for someone else, so it's been like this for at least 3 years.

My other 2 accounts, they aren't getting any sort of discount, it is just a flat rate of $1/minute, they usually get 10 or 20 minute massages.

The hospital gig, a woman there schedules everyone and I just show up and move my way down the list, but there is a part of me that feels they should be paying what the other people are paying, $1/minute. Is this unreasonable of me? I am thinking of raising it to $20 for 20 minutes (just like everyone else), but I don't want to ruffle any feathers either. I just started this job in April so I will be waiting a couple of months before I do it, but they really like me and have been raving about me, so I don't think people will complain about the increase, but on the other hand, they've been used to paying $15 for 20 minutes for so long, they might be turned off.

How would you handle this? Has anyone been in a similar situation?
