Google can upload everything you do on your phone. They can upload to thier server anywhere you've been (the GPS), any calls you've made and anything else. It is actually in the contract you agreed to when you bought your phone. Google can make a profile of you by anything you search. Sure you can erase your history on your computer, but your internet provider still has all of your information. That is thiers now. They own it. Same with all your Gmail messages, Google owns the right to anything you send. It's such a sad and indocrinated world we live in.
There is a way to do what you want, but don't do it.
Not that you can run away from this stuff anyway.

Answer is based on your mobile, if your mobile enables e mail service then go there set up a mailbox and fill required info such as server address, port, username, id, password, etc. And retrieve the info (retrieve option will must exist) and allow option to recieve e mail on mobile.
