How to start chatting with this girl?

Hey

Theres a cute girl in my school , and I wanna get to know her. She's a freshman, im a sophmore. We don't have any mutual friends, or do we have classes together. I've added her on facebook, and she accepted. I think the best way to talk to her would be on FB since that be would the only way really. Anyways, I was thinking of doing a "like this for to be honoest" status, and when she likes it ill say "tbh, we don't really talk but we should". But, I'm afraid she may just 'like' it. I wanna ask a open ended question where I want her to talk to me, and she'll be more likely to answer. Hopefully she likes the status first of all lol. But yeah, then I can be like "lol you should text me" then shed be like "i dont get ur #". Work my way from there, start by texting then possibly hanging out in the future and who knows where that could lead...

Or for the ;TBH status', shud I be like "tbh your pretty cute and I think we should talk more "?

She doesnt really go on fb chat , least not when im on. idk what do, i think the TBH status would work better, because shes never on D:.
