How to turn radio on in Blackberry phone? I'm a newbie and cannot get connected

using my wifi service at home? I just got my new Blackberry phone. =) However, I don't know how to fully use it. I dont know how to turn radio on so that i can use my wi-fi connection.

1. I already have set-up my wifi connection through my phone, but i cannot connect to the internet.
2. it says turn radio on, but i dont know how..
3. also, in the tab 'mobile network', it is followed by the name of my service provider. Does it mean that i can connect in the internet using my service provider? Can i change to my wifi service?

Thanks. Hope you guys can help. I feel upset because i still cannot use my new phone.
