how to undo a sidebar on my chat on facebook?

ok so i went on Facebook and they asked me if i wanted to have my chat as a sidebar and i clicked yes but after a few days i realized i didint like it that way and i have been trying to figure out how to put it back to normal. PLEASE HELP ME

You can't I'm afraid that's the new thing! It's sh*t i know, i myself have been ranting all over the internet about it, absolutely TERRIBLE!

You can't change it now, it's the "next thing" - but in order to see all the friends who are online use this: http://www.facebook.com/presence/popout.php

it will close when you click on someone and open one of the windows on your normal facebook from the sidebar but it will at least allow you see who is online.

At the very bottom of the sidebar should be a star shaped symbol with a down arrow next to it. Click that and a small menu should pop up. One of the options should be Hide Sidebar. Click that and it should minimize.
