I have just registered an account on Facebook but i don't know how to use it step by step. I want to have some documents about how to use it. Help me.
 
Customize privacy settings first

read through it all because one can't teach you to know it all unless you have hands on experience.
Change your profile picture perhaps.
add some friends you know in real life. don't link your Facebook to outside sites unless they're trusted like Google, Yahoo, Pandora etc;
