how to use sombra

How should sombra be used to get best effects? I tried it on my husband and he said he barely felt it. How do you get it to heat up? Should I cover the area after using it?

I used this on myself for a while, and yes, it warmed up when covered. I put it on under a t-shirt before going to bed.

Sombra

As a topical analgesic, it does not need to be covered. It's used for warming-up and warming-down (pre-workout and post workout). It's used for general pain and discomfort and works very well with sufferers of arthritis, especially fibromyalgia. The capsaicin suppresses the nerve endings where the pain signals are transmitted. It is a natural product and has no alcohol base so there is no worries on using it on nursing or pregnant women. It is not for everyone as people with sensitive skin sometimes find it too hot. I love Sombra. Yes, it gets "warmer" if it's covered, but I find it's really not necessary to get the warming feeling with this. It works as well, (if not better,) for me and my clients as some of the products that get really "hot."

I almost don't use anything else anymore. Occasionally I use biofreeze on the hardcore "no-pain, no-gain" people who want to really feel the burn of a topical product.

I too love Sombra, it tastes so good. I only have some when I don't have time for my orange juice in the morning. J/K, of course.

TO answer the question "how should it be used?" Smear it on. Depends on where it goes if it will be felt. Once I put some on my arm, I felt it on my arm but not on my hands (after a few minutes, anyway). and since I forgot it was on my hands, I didn't wash before I visited the bathroom...you can bet I felt the Sombra after that. t028
