for the most part it is just a straight massage, however the first time I went there and saw sammy, towards the end she flipped me over and I expected the standard release but when she didn't offer I asked and she said no. So I proceeded to get myself off and with a little encouragement I got sammy to help out. I really think it was her first time doing this. I went back once more and sammy wasn't there and didn't have the same luck.
