...that four nights in a row I've had no show clients and three of them are regulars and have never forgotten before!!
I'm beginning to think I'm sending out negative vibes or something.
They've all been terribly apologetic when I called them and have all rebooked. The new client is a plumber (the likes of which I've written about in another thread - sorry plumbers). He told me he had forgotten, even though he'd only booked the treatment three hours earlier! He then said he'd been called out on an emergency, so I slightly tongue in cheek said, 'That's what all plumbers say'. When he booked, I was actually dying to say, (sucking through teeth), 'ooh, aromatherapy, oo did ya last one - didn't do a very good job. Well, can't fit yer in for a few months'. Then when I got him on the treatment couch, wanted to say, 'Yer can't get parts for this one anymore'.
Thankfully, I've been so busy anyway and the beauty of working from home, is that I'm getting on with other things while I'm waiting and don't have a wasted journey.
