I get the sniffles or stuffy nose when i get a back massage?

I usually have my young daughter step on my back while im laying on my stomach on the floor(poor man's back massage)but as she steps on my back i get somewhat sick like stuffy nose sometimes sniffles is this the effect of the massage.she does step on my back hard but dosent hurt just helps ,my lowerback.

Probably a combination of the position - drains sinus's and the movement encourages lymphatic drainage. Sounds like you migh have sinus issues.
