Have you looked at the area around Cleos lately? Richards On Richards is all fenced off, the buildings beside it are all boarded up and there's a Development Sign on the site.

Cleos is being evicted. The matter is in front of the courts. The place is done.

You're kinda behind on the intel.... the court case is old news, was heard in early march and the landlord was not successful in obtaining a writ of possession (which is what you need, by law, to get a bailiff).

It certainly looks like the rest of the block is coming down tho.... there's hardly anything left! I read in the Vancouver Sun last week that Richards on Richards will only be open until Fall, December at the latest, it said.
