I have a new female Guinea pig and I have a old male one how should I introduce them?

They are both very nice to me, the male loves anyone, the female she loves to sorta treat me like a guniea pig she'll nugde my chin when she wants to do something, but how do i introduce them and what do I need?
You guys are fairly rude, I'm not old I'm pretty young and i'm starting to study to be veterinarian. Its really rude since I've looked every where on the internet and tryed to find the behaviores like mounting and such. I had a female once but I never had a problem introducing them but that was awhile ago, So stop biting my head off, I hope you guys think your smart and tough for yelling at someone younger than you but what ever makes you feel good is ok with me. I would never turn my back on an animal by the way as said in one of my comments. I rescue animals from the street so since you all dont know me why dont you sweep out your own back door before trying to clean mine out because I love animals way more than you think. Geez to even be fighting or yelling over the computer is pointless so I'm going to stop.......Jerks

Do not let them meet, unless the male is neutered. Breeding a guinea pig is very dangerous and irresponsible and often results in the death of either the mom or pups. You of all people should know that breeding is wrong. If you love your animal, don't breed.

Also, no one is being rude. If you can't handle the truth and can't take advice, then don't have pets that you don't know how to care for. I strongly suggest that you visit the two sites that I am listing in my sources as you could really use them.

PS. I find it funny that you think people are yelling at you... They are not. You came on here asking a question and we replied answering you. Be happy that people are willing to help.

I would let the older one run loose in a small compartment and then put the young female in a small cage in the compartment and let them get used to each other through the bars for a few days. Then open her cage and see how they get along (but keep a close eye the first few times to make sure they're getting along well). Since they're male and female, they should get along fine (and have babies)

Is the female young? like how old is she? I recently got a baby hamster, and i introduced him to my other hamster that is about 2 years old. They loved each other. If the female is young then they might get along. Keep in mind you might have baby guinea pigs unless you breed them

well first know that you are gonna have babie piggies if you put them together. but if he is neutered heres how ya do it.
secure chicken wire in between the middle of a cage so each pig has one side. this way they will see smell and hear each other without being able to hurt each other. then each night switch the side each one is in so they cage get used to each others scent. do this for a week or two then they shoudl be fine. guinea pigs are herd animals so they enjoy each others company

You don't simple as that, you would end up with babies if every thing went well, but the chances of every thing going well with guinea pigs is touchy. The last two births i had cost me close to $400.00 each in vet bills, is that what you want, can you afford vet bills?
