I mean I don't even know him in person and have only talked to him for 3 days. What do I do????

I would find that a little creepy if I only met someone online and said that to me...comes off as desperate or clingy.

you probably shouldn't have said you don't deserve to talk to him, that just makes you sound like your self esteem is really low and that's not something you want the guy you like to know!
i'm sure he'll be ok with it though, if he isn't, then find someone else better

Don't date on chat websites, Its a playground for predators. Only if you're underage it is, If you're older then 18 you should be careful and make sure he isn't someone he's not. There won't be much you can do if he gets his hands on you after meeting you in RL- I'm sure you can come up with the rest of that sentence. Be safe, Be careful, Be aware.

As for saying what you said, Its a little too early for that if you don't know him very well. Just try not to say anything in that fashion anymore until you're sure you can mean it in full. It confuses people when you give off false or misleading signals.
