I need advice on introducing a 1 year old Cat to my other 1 year olds.?

My wife and I adopted a poor little kitty from some not so great people. I am now having problems wth her not taking to my two cats. My Cats only hiss if the new one does. She is afraid of them and refuses to be around them. i have to hold the new cat and pet her to even be in the same room with them.

Details you may find helpful-
1) My two cats I had before the new one are both male, neutered, and have shots. 1 yr- and half, both adopted.
2) New cat is adopted, aprox. 1 year, female, not spayed, no shots (plan to do quickly)
3) New cat was a momma, babies were around 8 weeks.
4) They are all INSIDE cats (please no arguing over what is the best method of inside and out. I will not change my mind)

Will it get better over time?
Our poor new kitty (Gabby) has been away from her babies for a mere 12 hours. I felt so terrible, but I really believe we made the right choice to take her. I really think she could have been badly injured or worse with those people.
The thing is, I think my boys wanna be friends. They are actually scared of her so it seems. They have tried to walk up and see whats going on lol. I think She is to frightened and sad about her poor babies. I won't give up on her, she deserves a lot better than what she has been given.

wow i had an expierence like this just tonight. my cat and new kitten wont get along at all..he hissed at the new kitten and when i tried to introduce them he attacked me for no reason so i had to put him outside and will probally be giving him to a shelter because i feel uncomfortable with leaving him there and i think its wrong to be outside=[ it may get better but if it doesnt you may have to split them apart for good. different rooms
