I bought a massage chair back in 2005 from Vitalityweb.com and not even a year later the handle used to recline the back broke off. I call the website and they told me the manufactory went out of business and my warranty is no good. I'm ready to find someone with replacement parts or know something i don't to fix this. If i could find the same type of handle it would not be a problem, but it's not that easy.
