...therapeutic massage...some of the front desk? front desk girls wear tops that show too much cleavage. and would never be appropriate for the therapists that work there. Because they are representing our company and our client's first impression of our clinic, I think they should wear more modest clothing. Otherwise I feel it reflects poorly on our clinic. Should I say something to management somehow? (This topic has been addressed in newsletters but has been ignored obviously). Maybe I'm overreacting. or maybe I should just wait until one of our clients say something. Our clients are people from 8 to 80. What do you think?

I think you should wait for complaints. If anyone says something to you, tell them that while you do not have power, they should contact your management to let them know of the problem.
The most you can do as an employee is ask management for updated dress codes for the business as you would like to make sure that YOU are appropriately dressed. This way you can have a written formal company policy, and if it happens to end up on the front desk, well... no fault of yours for sure.

You are not overreacting because it's unprofessional. Is there a manager at your clinic? Surely, he/she is aware of how they dress. I would just wait until someone else complains. You don't want to put yourself in the position of causing conflict at work.

I am 18 and married. Just keep that in mind.
I do not dress like that. Even I know at work you dress appropriate unless you are a nasty disease infested stripper.
Tell them one-on-one to stop dressing inappropriate or actions will be made. They have been warned.
If you or anyone else allows them to dress like that, it will lead your business to shit. Why? Because when women give all sorts of aged men massages, dressed like tramps, says that your business is ok with a lot more than it should be. You want more money in your business? Tell them to go about it the right way, dressing trashy looks beyond unprofessional. Fix it.

If most of your clients are men, leave the girls alone. It dosn't hurt business.
