My brother visits service garage to seek out good mechanics, he then befriended with them and end up having those mechanics to service his car outside of the establishment at a much reduced rate......

A buddy of mine told me that he was doing a parallel practice, he went to seek out MPAs, get their numbers and end up getting services away from the MPs... , may be at the MPA's home, etc

So far, I am reluctant in trying, but I am interested in knowing are there actually people doing that?

If you are not pushy about this, sometimes you can get lucky.

Without asking for anything specific, you could offer to give the MPA in question your card with contact info. If she bites, your in!

Do MPA keep what they make at an MP and the owners keep the door fee? If so, I wonder what incentive there would be for an MPA to provide same service as she does at the parlour but at home or on a outcall for a reduced rate - unless the MPA is looking at providing 'more'.

MPs keep the majority of the door fee.
This clearly provides incentive to have the girls please the cusomers for tips.
