Hi to all. I am just wondering if any of you have an IC relationship with a Chiro in Washington State. First of all I have been a therapist for 22yrs and moved away from Washington State for awhil and am now back to find the office I used to work in has now gotten two more girls. The two rooms they have the girls massage in are very small and one is rediculously small. Their % is 60/40 split with a receptionist that continuously messes up the appointments and one of the Doc's wanting to treat them like an employee at times. The % does not include laundry even. They refer clients over but that is about it. They are getting ready to expand.
So, this is the question and the other girls are all for me changing things up a bit so that we are more incharge of our business as well as perhaps a different % or room rent. My first question is???? Isn't it illegal in the State of Washington for Chiropractors to make a profit off of Massage Therapist so that would make % based illegal? I can't seem to find the proof of that. Next, under such tiny space conditions, what is the appropriate fee or room rent?
Thank you for your imput
