ICE helps bust Owensboro massage parlor employees for illicit sex acts, deputies say - 14news.com

OWENSBORO, Ky. (WFIE) - An 8-month long investigation into illicit massage business activities has led to several arrests in Owensboro.

On Tuesday, detectives from the Daviess County Sheriff’s Office, Kentucky State Police, ICE, FBI and Homeland Security executed search warrants at two locations in eastern Daviess County.

Deputies say the investigation began after receiving tips last year alleging sexual activity was happening at East Spa and Bloom 88, former known as Super Lucky Spa.

The sheriff’s office says hundreds of hours of surveillance and dozens of “John-stops” led to search warrants being executed at both locations Tuesday night.

During the search of the businesses, authorities say they found a large number of opened and unopened condoms, large amounts of cash, lingerie, sex toys, bank records, wire transfers to banks and locations in China, ledgers and credit card receipts.

The suspects were taken to the FBI office in Owensboro. Deputies say their statements confirmed that illicit sexual activities were happening at both businesses.

We’re told this is an ongoing investigation and additional arrests are expected.

The suspects include:

Kenneth Robert Dash, age 55, of the 1300 block of Henry Drive, Bowling Green, Kentucky

Offenses:

• Operating Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol
• Engaging in Organized Crime (Class B Felony)

Liping Feng, age 53, of the 14000 block of Cherry Avenue, Flushing, NY

Offenses:

• Engaging in Organized Crime (Class B Felony)

Lequn Hu, age 52, of the 14000 block of Cherry Avenue, Flushing, New York

Offenses:

• Engaging in Organized Crime (Class B Felony)

Xueling Ma, age 41, of the 14000 block of Cherry Avenue, Flushing, New York

Offenses:

• Engaging in Organized Crime (Class B Felony)
