Ideas for introducing & ending assessment in speech therapy!! 10 points!?

I'm in my first year of studying speech and language therapy and have just started my first placement. I have to do an assessment on a child tomorrow, which I think I will be ok with, but I'm more worried about how to introduce and end the assessment with her.

I think I'm going to introduce it by saying let's play a game and then explaining simply what he has to do. Any other ideas about how to introduce it?

But I really don't know how I'm going to end it!! What do I say when we get to the end of the test? My supervisor will probably take over after and explain things further to the parent, but she wants me to do all the rest myself. Any ideas? Please!!
