Ideas for marketing to teachers

With the new school year fast approaching, some MT friends and I are planning on contacting local schools to see if they'd allow us to leave brochures and business cards in the breakroom/lounge for teachers and other school employees. We're all relatively new MTs in the area and are looking for ways to increase business.
I'd like to offer a deal of some sort, but rather than discounting my services (I already have a rewards card that gets repeat clients $10 off each 3rd massage, plus a 20% off referral reward), I'd like to do a special add-on. Maybe an extra 15 minutes free, or some sort of foot or hand exfoliation followed by a moisturizing lotion.
Does anyone have any suggestions for a good easy add-on?
Does anyone have any creative suggestions for teacher-geared wording that can be used to describe the add-on and why they should try it?
I'm really terrible at this aspect of marketing!!

For easy addons, I'd go for something that helps their hands or feet, since they spend so much time writing on the board and standing during the day, often in shoes not meant for standing that long.
