...gain weight? I'm just wondering... if you restrict yourself of food for a week or so... say, eating only 500 calories a day and then you lose heaps of weight, and slowly introduce food back in, will you gain or the weight back? What if you increase exercise as well? Please don't give me a lecture, I'm not for these kind of diets but its something I'd like to know about. Thanks.
