If you write your own brochures, where do you find images?
I did google, but Walt's search phrase brought me to different sites than I'd been finding otherwise. Which brought me to massagenerd.com- he has TONS of fabulous images there, but NONE on pregnant women! Imagine that!
Jenn- I've seen images I liked on "pay-for" sites, but not enough to pay $150-$350+ for! I've been thinking of putting out a call on one of my mommy forums for modest preggy belly images they would give me permission to use- and then perhaps I can find a pregnant woman locally who would allow me to to a photo shoot of a session with her in exchange for a free session. I do NOT like using photos of "generic therapists working on generic clients"- for one thing, I am all too often finding myself critiquing the therapist's posture, or how they have the client supported, or what they're doing. I don't want to provide images of things being done in my business that I don't actually do! Maybe I'm weird that way....

I haven't liked any of the pre-written stuff I've seen on pregnancy massage, so I'm considering writing my own.
Any ideas?
What do you want to convey in your brochure?
This is a very good question, and one which I am glad to say I have much time to contemplate. Since I am not actually "advertising" my prenatal services right now, and DH doesn't do prenatal, we're not swamped with the need for thousands of brochures. I do want to be working on it, though, and have it ready for "whenever". This will take some time!
I don't have mush problem with what to say, it's just HOW I want to present it that I need to figure out.
Oh, and I'm also planning a web site dedicated to pregnancy massage and other pregnancy issues (I am also an herbal student, so will have more to "legally" say than just massage stuff, besides drawing on my 20 years and 9 kids' worth of experience), and I'll want images/photos for that, too. That's going to be further out than the brochures, though, LOL!
