hi ya
nwc: nice link, I always recommend it to students.
clarabelle: Is HM's DVD worth £21? I don't know. I used HM's book as a standard textbook when teaching IHM last year. I borrowed the DVD off someone else. It does highlight the techniques in the book. Personally, I don't like some of the techniques such as knuckling the back (there is a better way of doing it without doing your knuckles in and can provide deeper pressures) and heel rolls over the shoulders and down the chest. Good thing it's a male model not a big busty lady!
If money is tight, I wouldn't bother. Anycase your tutor should be teaching it, as that is what is going to be performed during the exam. The problem with IHM DVD's, they are all slightly different protocols. There is no such thing as a standard routine - thank goodness, as life would then be boring.
Best Wishes
