I'm a massage therapist and my boss makes me give him massages all the time?

I'm a massage therapist and just recently got a job. The boss keeps telling me to give him massages, 90 minutes, (and no I dont get commission yet, even though I'm not training anymore, they wont give me commission until after 3 months. Not that it matters since 'he' is the boss).

He always wants hard (very deep) tissue and it's hard on my hands. And to top it all off, he keeps asking me between clients or during my lunch break. There's other things to be done (laundry, cleaning, etc. ) and it's nice to rest since giving massages (deep tissue most of the time) is very tiring.

The worst part? He doesnt even tip me 20%! And what happens when I DO get paid commission? It's his place, so he won't 'pay' for it like a normal client... So I would be doing it for free?

My family tells me to do whatever he says and basically bow down to the bosses. The fact is, the economy sucks. And I was REALLY lucky to get this job... So I cant loose it.

What do I do?

Look around for another job, but until you find one you are just going to have to live with it. It sucks but if you need the job that badly what choice do you have?

I think he's taking advantage of you. Does he only ask you? Or does he have your other co-workers massage him too.
