I'm a newbie to cat and kittens care! A few basic questions...?

Hi! I'm basically new to the cat's world and I will be adopting my FIRST kitten in sunday. I've read a lot about kitten care. I bought him a lot of stuff, scratching post, the newspaper kind litter, litter pan, good food with no corn or whatsoever, a bed, toys, a carrier... I think I have everything I need for her to be comfortable however, I have a few questions about stuff...

1. How many times do I have to change the litter per week?
2. When should I get him neutered?
3. Is it better for him to sleep in my bed? What do I do to make him comfortable for the first night?
4. How many toys should he need?
5. Should there always be food in his bowl or should I feed him on regular hours.

Just answer the questions you know the answer to. Thanks and wish me look with my new baby :)
