I'm coming !!! It's Party Time !!!

Hi everyone,
Well, it's that time of year again and before we know it Xmas will have come and gone for another year. This got me thinking about xmas parties and drinks with Reviewiends and as luck would have it I'll be in Brisbane next weekend (27th Nov). In fact so will that Funky man with the red spangled shirt, so I reckon it would be a great idea for us to get together somewhere. Sunday mpternoon or evening would be ideal for us.
Anyway what I'm getting at is that I invite everyone of you guys and girls who would like to have a fun few hours and some drinks with us "southern gentlemen" to come along and meet us. As always it's great to catch up with old Reviewiends and put faces to people and meet new Reviewiends.
However, not being a local in Brisbane I might need someone to recomend a venue, probably a pub with a nice outdoor area might be good, any ideas will be appreciated.
To get an idea of how many of you might like to come could you please reply to this post as soon as you can so we can get something organised.

This forthcoming gathering of the greatest perverts in the land is shaping up to be an event the likes of which have never been seen in the history of the nation.

I was wracking the brain cells to determine a venue, and had considered establishing a task force to check out various watering holes, sampling the beer, the barmaids and the ambience to determine a venue worthy of this great event.

The Brekky Creek was on the list. Due to limited time and resources, I now agree that the Brekky Creek is probably the winner, although the Spanish Gardens may be a bit undersize and will undoubtedly be packed. However the drinking areas at the hotel are large and we may have to play it by ear. BTW, XXXX is available Reviewom a wooden keg at the Creek!!!

Thanks guys, at least we won't be drinking alone, although if our old ladymate Reviewom the west is coming we probly won't see much of Funky !!!.
I've looked into the Brekky Creek pub and some of thier areas are for prebooked functions only but as Merlin said the general areas are large enough for us to find a corner of our own, and if you get peckish they serve a pretty good steak I'm told.

As it is only 1 week away how about some concrete plans being formulated?
The Brekkie Creek is a great idea as it has good beer, meals and is close enough to the Valley for drunken debauchery to take place later in the evening?
What time are you folks keen to gather?
How about Sunday the 27th (obviously) Reviewom 3pm? I would prefer to start earlier as I get thirsty by noon; but asm easily led! As you walk into the Brekkie Creek directly opposite Reviewom the creek itself there is a large beer garden which is between an open bar and a smaller bar where the wooden keg belongs; how about meeting there?
Any suggestions or confirmations on a time?
This would ideally be set by one@ and the Funkmeister as you are the weary travellers and we should fit in with your mountainous chatting schedule you have no doubt arranged! lol
