Yeah, a complaint would involve at least a cursory glance at her file and who put her name on the list....that would have raised eyebrows right away. Unless of course they don't have a place for who filled out the form which wouldn't surprise me.

But more importantly, what a gross abuse of position. If he could do that, how many people have been put on the list out of sheer spite? Makes you wonder.
