All transportation stops for cross border bus at 11 PM. Only Hungang border is open 24 hours. You can try to get a taxi but it will cost approx 600 HKD. It maybe hard to get a taxi also late at night.
Cheaper options are take E 21 bus which goes along Nathan road. Make sure you have small bills or change for the bus ecause none of the shops will be open at the airport to get the change or buy a octopus card. Get off in Mongkok. I believe it is the second stop in Mongkok but at night if you do not ring the bell the bus driver will not stop in every stop. Better to ask the driver to drop you off at mongkok. There is a 7-11 which is open all night there. You can ask there for directions to find a bus stop from where buses go all night to the order. Be prepared to wait because buses will start only if there are enough people.
If you get off at the wrong stop, hop into a taxi and ask them to take you to the bus stop.
At Huangang border there are two stops. Bus will let you off for clearing HK immigration. You do not need to take your bags. On the other side bus will pick you up again. Just memorize the bus number because there will be many buses on the other side. Next stop is china immigration and you need to take all your belongings. Once you cross immigration to the other side just ignore all the taxi touts offering you a ride. They want to scam you.
Just go over a overbridge and you will see a metered taxi line. Get the taxi there to wherever.
Other option is get a cheap motel in Mongkok and go to shenzher By train to Louhu. Service starts 6 AM.
