Indianapolis police say a prostitution ring was operating in a west-side massage parlor located next door to a day care center.
Officers raided Satisfied Spa, 5550 W. 10th St., Friday and arrested the owner on prostitution charges.
Acting on citizen complaints, undercover officers launched an investigation into the spa that ended when they served a search warrant at about 11 a.m. Friday, Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department Sgt. Chris Wilburn said.

Spa owner Tsui-Hsueh Wang was arrested on initial charges of prostitution and promoting prostitution, Wilburn said.
"It's crazy. I never knew it was there," said Aleace Allen, who was with her 7-year-old granddaughter when they walked by the business on the way to the Carriage House West Apartments.
Allen has lived here for three years and said she has never paid much attention to the small office building that houses the spa and other businesses.

"It's not good for the kids to see," Allen said. "That's not giving everybody a good idea of where you live either."
Allen said she and other neighbors assumed the cars going in and out were heading to the nearby day care center, which shares a driveway with the massage parlor.
IndyStar left a voice message with representatives of the day care center seeking comment.
Police said many of the parlor's customers visited at night.
There was no signage outside the parlor. A small table near the front door held water bottles and a bowl of fruit.
The name Satisfied Spa shows up with this address in online phone records.
In 2014, police raided this same address when it housed a massage parlor that operated as Spiritual Spa.
At the time, Spiritual Spa was one of three massage parlors shut down on the west side amid prostitution allegations.
