You have a choice with Ivy of GFE (extra cost), but I suggest the regular FS with both her or Chrissy (who doesn't do GFE).
Chrissy is very popular, you'd be advised to book ahead. (I usually book 24-48 hours ahead by phone.)
If you go before 12:30pm or after 10pm you get 20% off on the hour. ($.6 instead of $$).
Rates are all-inclusive for regular FS.

I haven't had any personal experience with the Fox Den, but most reports are positive, particularly because Tiffany is there now. (If you don't mind the higher rate for FS.)
The Fox Den is a lot nicer facility than BBC, which is pretty basic (only one shower, not in the rooms, and no Jacuzzi rooms.)
I started my MP experiences with several trips to Edmonton, visiting MMC and Cloud 9, and they are MUCH nicer than BBC and Great Pharaoh (my Vancouver visits).
Overall the E-Town MP scene is probably the best in Canada, for price and quality. (Of course, I'm a little biased because of the great memories of my 6 sessions with Nikita there).
