I know that my incontinence issues are usually lessened with chiropractic adjustments. The lumbars are out of alignment, I think.I would imagine massage would help because loosening the back would help the lumbars stay in alignments. Kegels are also essential to try.Fully emptying the bladder without straining is also good advice. So is preventing constipation.I find any pressure that is applied by the bladder because of misalignment or constipation can only worsen things.Hope my personal experience helps.A visit to a specialist may be essential to rule out interstitial cystitis, etc. (IC is not a bladder infection, the cystitis in the name can cause one to think so...)Last tidbit- mind-body connection- see what she does to deal with stress. My personal experience is that being PO'd makes my condition worse and I need to remind myself to let go of stress. Oh- dietary culprits, too. last thing, I promise- limit coffee, tea (reg and demassageplanet) soda, artificial sweetners, alcohol, nicotine, and more. A product named Prelief can be taken before eating offending foods and it really helps.happy 4th of July everyone!!!
