Indian Head Massage Equipment help needed

Hi everyone

i wonder if anyone can help me, i am soon to do a micro teach on indian head massage for my teaching course.

I am after diagrams / a model of the head with writing re IHM / good poster

I hope to use one diagram that learners can write on after i have taught them then the same diagram copied with correct answers on power point

the demonstration part i wanted to use a model of the head

I have googled and looked but not having much luck

Appreciate any help on this or if have done similar suggestions

Hi there, I'm doing a half hour micro-teach tomorrow on IHM for my PTLLS course! Not sure I can helpm with equipment, but I wonder if you can't make it simpler form yourself. Why do you need a model of a head - would it not be better to use someone from the class to demonstrate on?

You could draw some diagrams of the head with hands or arrows showing the movements. If like me you are only doing a halg our teach, then you are limited in what you can cover anyway. I'm teaching a hypothetical session out of a six session scheme of work. If you are assuming you are doing a one off lesson (not one out of a course), then you would only be able to cover a short taster anyway.

What about your original training? Any useful resources you can adapt?

Advice is don't over-complicate it, but I may havebetter advice after delivering my session tomorrow!!

If you really want a 'dummy head' try one of those polystyrene heads used for wig stands - get them online for about £5......
