IHM works really well in corporate as you need little space and no special equipment. You still need to do a consultation, and it is a good idea if you are going in on a regular basis to ask if you drop your forms off prior to the treatment, or have them lying about so people can fill them in. Its also handy to have the clients name and address so if you have any special offers you can send them info, or if you've built up a rapport with them, then asked not to go back in, you still have their details.
If you can't do any of the above then print out the contra-indications on an A4 sheet in large font, and get it laminated. Before you do the treatment, show them the sheet and ask them if they have any of the following. You can then proceed if everything is OK.
Take some antibacterial wipes so that you can clean your hands inbetween treatments and a flannel to dry your hands. You generally wont use oil or find that people want you to mess their hair up if they have to go back to work.
Take a few little decorations with you, like a small vase of fresh flowers, or head some flowers and float in a dish, with a small tablecloth or batik. Decant ugly things into pretty things, eg wipes into a pretty dish, have a bin or plastic bag for rubbish but keep it hidden. Definetly have quiet gentle music playing in the background to block out work noise.
