Hi,
If u can please do help, i am doing another assignment and in my assignment i need 2 include information about nerves. can anyone help me on this question, how is the nerve system related to indian head massage??
I have already put down how the nerve system is composed of the central, peripheral and autonomic nervous system. could anyone give me an idea on what i hav missing, as i know i am missing a lot of info.

not sure if this is what you are looking for but the nerves are stimulated by touch ( massage) therefore relaxes muscle and nerve fibres improves flexibility and posture and relieves tension pain and fatigue.It also stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system
