Injections from home

I've noticed that a lot of consultants and practicing from home and performing injection therapy from home practices - are they licenced to do so.
Does anyone know what the following letters mean in terms of qualifications?

MBBS, DObstRCOG, FLCOM, DM-S Med, Dip Med Ac

Looking on Google, we have..

MBBS Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery

FLCOM ?

DM-S Med - Not a clue, could be something to do with the Dartmouth Medical School?

DObstRCOG Diploma of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (British)

Dip Med Ac – I think this has something to do with being medically trained to carry out acupuncture

Can't say if they are licenced to do anything, don't know how they are registered or what they are allowed / qualified to do. It depends on the scenario. A lot of doctors and nurses can give regular injections from the home, I guess it depends on the training and scope as to what they can and can not do. I would be surprised if someone trained to that level would risk it all for something they could easily register for.
