Insomnia

After the speech a man shook hands with the speaker and said he never had a more enjoyable evening.

"You found my remarks interesting, I trust," said the speaker.

"Not exactly," said the man, "But you did cure my insomnia."

(for those who don't know insomnia......its a sleeping disorder.....By definition, insomnia is "difficulty initiating or maintaining sleep, or both" and it may be due to inadequate quality or quantity of sleep-says wikipedia)
