So after I got the call and set up a meeting with this gal I immediatly called my mom - YAY! Then hopped on the computer to consult you guys!So I am selling my business - EVERYTHING for both offices (I work in two towns) as a package - all decor, furniture, linenes, massage table, chair, I just walk out and the buyer can start taking appointments. My goal was to sell to a newly graduate or someone just starting out but - I got a call today from a therpist relocating from the city - she has the decor, computer, tables yadda yadda so she just basically wants a client list for one office. what is a reasonable asking price for 200+ names and address' and taking over my lease? Should I just charge per name? $5 per address, $10 per address? It took me advertising dollars to get those names so..........I dont know what is appropriate for this situation?I am meeting with her on wednesday to show her around so I would like to have an idea of a fair asking price by then. Thanks for any opinions/experience!
