I watched the one on "Reflexology", but it was not reflexology so much as just foot massage. Reflexology is very systematic and specific, with very few gliding techniques. There should be no oils or lotions used or you will lose the ability to find the reflexes and apply adequate pressure to them.

The video on "reflexology" is actually traditional Ayurvedic padabhyanga, a foot massage with focus on the marma points of the feet. Unfortunately it is labeled as reflexology, which like MarionFM pointed out is much different than the foot massage in the video. While the two modalities have intersected paths {see Ayurvedic Reflexology} this video doesn't show Ayurvedic Reflexology. Too bad there isn't contact info for the owner to request that he/she rename the title of that post.

I've done training with someone that taught Ayurveda to the Ayurvedic reflexology people, including feet, and that Ayurvedic reflexology site is a watered down version to make it easy for reflexologists. She's promoted herself very well in the reflexology community, I wouldn't call it padabhyanga, but go with her name of Stathis Method of Ayurvedic Reflexology Therapy aka SMART
