I have an 11 year old ginger male, he's very calm, gentle and has never been aggressive to us. I want a kitten and have been looking. It's best to get a female right?
I am looking for an 8 week old, so she is young.
Do you think this introduction will go well~? May it change my older cat to make him less gentle?
Any advice / information pls ^^
My cat has never been violent, even when he has my niece and nephew pulling his fur and tail he just sits there.
Do you think he will accept a new kitten if I introduce it properly, like keeping them separated but letting them smell blankets?
Should I use cat calming products?
