Introducing a puppy to the home with a puppy already?

I have a pitbull puppy that is 3 months old. We just brought home on of her sisters (same litter ). How do we introduce them to living in the same space a sharing things without fights. I am noticing the original puppy we got is taking toys and treats away from the other one and also all they do is jump on each other and run around constantly. Our original Pup has been the only one in the house since we got her and the same for the other. The people that had her just couldn't keep her. What are some tips to making this a safe , happy and stress free transition for both girls?
 
give them each equal time and attention. they will have to establish who gets to be the alpha dog unless you show them that you are the pack leader. It's just nature taking it's course. This happens whether it's a new introduction or if they have been together since birth. This is just the way puppies are.
