introducing cows milk to my daughter......?

my daughter was 1 on the 15th july an i still havent given her cows milk yet. She just has breastmilk and solids at the moment so how do i fit cows milk into her schedule? Wont it fill her up and then put her off her food? Also intead of full fat cows milk is cow and gate growing up milk just as good???
Would i need to boil the cows milk first? or serve staight from the fridge?
I am not stopping breastfeeding either. she will be having breastmilk and cows milk.
