Introducing male cat to a new female kitten?

I have a 8 month old male cat and we just got a new female 8 weeks old kitten. At first they just smelt each other but now he is chasing her and biting her neck. She isn't scared of him but he wont leave her alone. Is there anything I could do so he doesn't hurt her?

Keep them separate until he can be trusted with her. Only let them play together when they can be supervised. Good luck.

Male cats will kill a kitten. Im going through that now. I do not leave them alone together. Give it a couple of week or the kitten will get bigger and it will be fine. But as long as he is acting that way now. I would not leave them alone. Dont want to take the chance.

If he is not neutered - get him done NOW. He can breed her when she is as young as 4 months old. And she needs to be spayed when she is 3-4 months old.
