Introducing Two Dogs?

My great aunt passed this last week, leaving her Beagle to us. We have two dogs already, but are willing to add Sophie into the mix if possible. One of our dogs is a 12-year-old female (Nilla) and the other is a 4-year-old male (Milo), and we are wanting to know the right method to introduce the three and see if this combination is possible.
Another note: Milo, a Jack Russell Terrier, has been known to be slightly domineering of other dogs.
Could this pose an added problem?

Before you let them meet take them ALL for a walk together, so they feel like they are all part of the same pack.Then let them meet of neutral ground.

Introduce them on neutral turf meaning away from the house the current dogs live in. See if they get along.It is quite possible to add a new dog into the mix. Don't favor the new dog so much as the older dogs will not like it. Remember you are the one in charge not the dogs.

If you exercise the dogs well before introduction it may go even better.
