best way to introduce yourself that makes a good first impression:
includes the Name,address,ambition,etc..

For the 1st day of class
give me atleast 5 sentence...english..

Yes, but full address may not be necessary. More like what neighborhood you live in. Gives you a bit more security. You don't what any unexpected bullies to know exactly where you live.

For example:

Hello everyone, my name is (name), but my friends call me Rain. I live in Boston, Massachusetts, and my ambition is to travel the world and be successful with my two best friends. I'm not very much a social person, so forgive me if I'm a bit boring. I hope you all treat me well!

Maybe add some of your favorite hobbies to let people know more about you. Not the best introduction, but it gives everyone a good impression of you.
