Hello all, just wondered if any of you have used an inversion table and if so did it help you with back pain?i have degenerative discs and wondered if it was worth getting one.just wanted to hear if it worked for you and your opinions on one. Thank you,Tracey.i have been recommended to use one but would like to hear other peoples experiences who have used one,also how long do you have to use it each day??Thanks again,any replys would be greatfully received.
 
I have one and they come in handy on a bad day, they get my vote although they take some getting used to.
