If you flag an ad, it really doesn't do anything, unless others join you in flaging some of that shit they put up, so in a sense when you flag something you are voting if that ad could stay or not.

As far I can ascertain, sexytijuana is not an agency. It is simply a website that allows chicas (and chicos!) to advertise their services. This is pure speculation but the promoter who wants to raise the capital for his agency may simply be using the services of sexytijuana to advertise to the mongering community. Our maybe he has enlisted the folks at sexytijuana in his endeavor.

But as I said, this is pure speculation on my part. I have no hard knowledge. I do wish this guy luck, as I wish all entrepreneurs with guts and ambition and the willingness to start something exciting from scratch. However, I would not want to be one of his investors nor would I recommend anyone else doing the same.
