A convicted sex offender from Ottumwa has received an 8-year suspended prison sentence. Cory West pleaded guilty to one count of sexual assault and three counts of violating the sex offender registry law. OTTUMWA, Iowa —
A convicted sex offender from Ottumwa has received an 8-year suspended prison sentence.
