I don't know many people around here that have that done to their horses, but I think it's because there isn't anyone around that does it. I've had a chiropractor and an acupuncturist out to do my horse (and I do live in central PA). My riding instructor and a few of her other clients, as well as some of the other boarders at my barn have all used the acupuncturist, so I think equine massage might catch on if you advertise. Just get a fliers up at H and H and Keystone, and you should get calls. So I say, go for it!
