I'm only 18, but I've been playing soccer since I was five, and have never really felt like my body was at peak condition. I eat pretty healthy and I've been careful to avoid injury (one non-contact fracture in my foot), but my muscles always seem to be stressed. From what I've read and heard about, foot reflexology can be calming, remove toxins, etc, and I want to know if this has been beneficial to anyone else and what to expect out of it.
Also, is it true that the nerves in your feet are ale to control your entire body? I have also heard that your hands can do this but how is this possible?
